Same Sample is run by Cuong Tran, who has spent since 2017 publishing source-traced cost comparisons in finance and trading. Same Sample applies that same method to software: read the vendor's own page, print contradictions, guess nothing.
Who writes here?
Cuong Tran, founder and analyst at TradeKhon, where he benchmarks crypto exchange fees, forex broker spreads and prop-firm economics against primary sources rather than marketing pages.
He has been investing across finance, crypto and technology since 2017, has served as Director of the Blockchain Startup and Training Center Vietnam, has worked on blockchain investing with K300 Ventures, and has taught capital and risk management for margin trading.
He is not a career sales-operations practitioner, and this page will not pretend otherwise. What carries over from trading to software is not category expertise, it is the discipline of tracing every published number to its primary source and saying so when a number is an estimate. That discipline is the whole product here.

How are these comparisons produced?
Every price is read off the vendor's own pricing page or documentation. Nothing is copied from another comparison site, and where a vendor publishes two different numbers we print both and name the two sources.
In the first comparison on this site, two of the five vendors contradict themselves on their own properties. Lusha's pricing page and its API documentation disagree on the credit cost of a phone reveal. RocketReach's own resources page quotes two different entry prices. Most comparison sites pick whichever figure suits the page. We print both.
Accuracy testing is planned and not yet run. Until it is, those columns say TBA. A number we have not produced ourselves is worth no more than a marketing claim, so we do not publish one.
Pages carry the date they were last checked. When a vendor changes pricing, the page is re-checked and the date moves.
How does this site make money?
Through affiliate commissions, on every product covered rather than only the top pick, so the ranking order carries no revenue incentive.
